What can I send?

Do I need to print a label?

Is the driving time my delivery time?
No. The map shows an estimated driving route. Collection, stops and handover take extra time.
What if my parcel cannot be handed over?
Keep the sender and receiver reachable and add clear access instructions. Contact support if collection or handover cannot be completed.
