Use suitable packaging, seal it well and protect fragile contents. Printing a parcel label is optional.
Choose the right parcel type
Check the size and weight limits for your selected parcel type before booking.
Check item eligibility
Describe the contents accurately. If you’re unsure whether an item can be carried, contact support before booking.
Keep both contacts reachable
Confirm the sender and receiver phone numbers and access instructions. If handover cannot be completed, contact support for the next steps.
