Account Management
Users do not register accounts directly within our apps.
All accounts (customers, vendors, or drivers) are created by Faavo administrators during onboarding.

We process deletion requests within 7 business days.
What Information We Collect
Depending on the app and your role, we may collect:

Mobile Payments
When you use mobile payment options (e.g., M-PESA, mobile wallets), we may collect:
